Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect through this site, why, and what rights you have over it.
This text accurately describes what the site does with data, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It must be checked by legal counsel before launch.
Data controller
AGRICOLUMN is the controller of personal data collected through this site. For any request concerning your data, write to the contact address published on this site.
What we collect
We collect only what you send us through the contact form: first name, last name, email address, company, phone and the content of your message. We also record when you gave consent.
- We do not store IP addresses — not in raw form, not hashed, not truncated.
- We do not profile you and make no automated decisions based on your data.
- We do not sell or pass your data to third parties for marketing.
Legal basis and purpose
We process contact form data on the basis of your explicit consent, given by ticking the box in the form, for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.
How long we keep it
We keep messages received through the contact form for a maximum of 24 months, after which they are deleted. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.
Who has access
Messages are accessible only to the AGRICOLUMN team. Email delivery uses our own mail server; data is not passed to other processors for marketing purposes.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, write to our contact address. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
